How booking works

Book at least 2 days in advance so we can arrange your pickup properly, especially during peak periods and public holidays. We'll send your driver's details over WhatsApp the day before your trip.

Good to know before you travel

• Passports: everyone travelling needs a passport valid for at least 6 months
• Visas: it's your responsibility to arrange any entry or transit visa you need for Malaysia
• Running late: please be ready at least 5 minutes before pickup. For airport pickups at Senai or Changi, your driver will wait up to 1 hour from the scheduled time
• Waiting time: beyond the standard grace period, an SGD 30 surcharge applies per extra hour
