How long in advance do I need to book a private taxi?

We encourage you to book at least 2 days in advance so that we can arrange your pickup schedule more effectively.

When can I receive driver details?

We will WhatsApp the driver details to you one day before the pick-up date.

How can I pay for the service?

We offer multiple convenient payment options:
• Cash to the driver upon arrival
• PAYNOW to our UEN number

What type of currency do you accept for payment?

So far, we only accept cash payment in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

Are the rates for a single trip, or do they include the return trip as well?

We have rates for both one-way and round-trips. Kindly indicate your preference during booking or browse our full Pricing list for more details.

All your transfer rates are per person or per vehicle?

All the transfer rates shown are per vehicle.

What if I’m running late for my pick-up?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. For airport pick-ups (Senai or Changi), drivers will wait up to 1 hour from the scheduled time.

Is there a waiting time surcharge?

Yes. An SGD30 surcharge applies for every additional hour of waiting time beyond the standard grace period.

What should I do if the driver is late?

Please contact the driver directly to get a real-time update.

What are the passport requirements for this trip?

All passengers must have passports with at least 6 months’ validity.

Do I need a visa to enter Malaysia?

Yes. You are responsible for obtaining any required entry or transit visas before the trip.
