When’s the best time to book a ride?
You can book anytime via WhatsApp. However, our vehicles are often fully reserved up to a week in advance. We recommend booking at least 3 days ahead, especially for weekends.
How far in advance can I confirm or change my booking?
You can confirm a ride at any time. To make changes, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and cancellation fees of SGD 30 will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of the confirmed travel date and time..
Can I book for a trip on the same day?
Yes, same-day or urgent bookings are possible depending on driver availability. Do WhatsApp us to check instantly.
When will I receive my driver details?
You’ll receive your driver’s name and contact one day before your trip.
What vehicle options do you offer?

- Toyota Alphard Pilot Seat (7-seater – luxury option)
Do your prices cover one-way or return trips?
We offer both one-way and round-trip packages. View our full pricing list or Whatsapp us for a quick quote.
Can I update the number of passengers after booking?
Yes, just let us know as soon as possible. If you need a larger vehicle, pricing will be adjusted based on the new car and its availability.
I’m travelling with babies or toddlers. What do I need to know?
Please include all infants and young children in your passenger count. This helps us recommend the right vehicle. Baby and booster seats are available on request.
I’m sensitive to smoke and / or strong odors. Can I request a non-smoking vehicle?
Yes, absolutely. Just let us know your preferences when making your booking and we’ll arrange a non-smoking car for you.
Can I ask about rates without booking?
Of course! Browse our Pricing or WhatsApp us directly to enquire. Your booking is only confirmed once you say yes.
Where are the pickup points in Singapore?
We offer door-to-door service. Just tell us your preferred pickup location, and we’ll be there.
Will the driver arrive on time?
Yes. Our drivers are punctual professionals and will be at your pickup point at the scheduled time.
Do you provide return transfers?
Yes, we offer both one-way and return-trip private car services between Singapore and Malaysia.
What should I do if a location I’m interested in isn’t indicated in the Pricing page?
How can I pay for my ride?
You can pay in cash or via PAYNOW to the driver upon arrival at your destination. We’ll provide payment details when you book.
Do I need to pay in full or up front to confirm my booking?
No advance payment is required. You can pay in cash on the day of your ride.
Do I pay per person or per vehicle?
Our fares are charged per vehicle, not per passenger, so it’s perfect for families or groups travelling together.
Are there any hidden or extra charges?
- Peak season surcharges, communicated during the enquiry or after you submit your booking form
- Baby car seat and/or booster seat (SGD10 each)
- Stopovers for eating or shopping
- Extra pick-up or drop-off points (SGD10 each)
What’s the peak season surcharge for?
During public holidays and long weekends, demand is high and vehicles are limited, so a peak season fee may apply. We’ll always let you know in advance via WhatsApp.
Do you provide receipts or invoices?
Yes. Please let us know when you book if you need a receipt or invoice. We’ll email it to you after your trip is completed.
Can I pay using a currency other than SGD?
At the moment, we only accept Singapore Dollars (SGD) for all payments.
Will I be charged more if I get a different vehicle than the one I booked?
No. Sometimes we may upgrade your vehicle (e.g., from Innova to Alphard or Starex) due to scheduling, at no extra cost to you. Just sit back and enjoy the ride!
Is there an extra fee for luggage?
No, we don’t charge extra for luggage. However, please choose a vehicle that can comfortably fit both your passengers and your bags.
Do I need to get out of the car when crossing the Singapore–Malaysia border?
No, you can stay comfortably inside the car throughout the entire journey, including border crossings.
What’s the difference between the Second Link and Woodlands Checkpoint?
Both routes have toll charges, but the Second Link is usually less congested, especially during peak hours. We’ll choose the most efficient route based on live traffic conditions.
How long is the drive from Singapore to Johor Bahru?
The journey takes about 2 hours, depending on traffic at the checkpoints.
When’s the best time to travel on weekends?
- Leaving Singapore early, especially on Saturdays
- Returning from JB before 2 p.m. on Sundays For long weekends, it’s best to depart even earlier.
Can I eat in the car during the ride?
Eating is not allowed in the car as this helps us keep the vehicle clean and comfortable for all passengers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Should I tip the driver?
Tipping is completely optional, but always appreciated. Our customers often tip between SGD10 and SGD30 based on their experience.
What happens if the car breaks down during the trip?
We’ll arrange a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible. For local areas, a new car usually arrives within an hour.
Will I get the same driver for the return trip?
If you’re returning the same day, we’ll try to assign the same driver. For returns on a different day, we’ll send you updated driver details the night before (around 7 p.m.).
Which route will my driver take to cross the border?
Your driver will choose the most practical route based on real-time traffic and your travel schedule.
Is Wi-Fi available in the car?
Wi-Fi is available in some vehicles. If you’d like to request it, please let us know when booking.
Will I need to switch cars if I’m travelling beyond Johor Bahru?
Due to VEP (Vehicle Entry Permit) limitations, some passengers travelling outside JB may need to switch vehicles briefly at a rest stop. The vehicle type will remain the same, and we’ll make the process quick and easy.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
While we may not have dedicated wheelchair seats, our larger vehicle models (Toyota Alphard and Hyundai Starex) offer ample space to accommodate a wheelchair comfortably.
What is your cancellation policy like?
A cancellation fee of SGD 30 applies for cancellations made within 24 hours of the travel date and time.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible in advance of your scheduled departure to avoid cancellation fees.
What happens if my flight is delayed? Will I be charged extra?
We monitor your flight arrival using the flight number you provide. The average check-out time upon landing is 60 minutes, and we always buffer for up to 90 minutes of waiting time before charging additional waiting time fees.
How will the driver find me at the airport?
Your driver will contact you upon arrival and guide you to the nearest pick-up gate. We’ll send you the driver’s name and contact you a day before your trip (before 7 p.m.), and they’ll have your number too.
How early should I leave Johor Bahru or Singapore to catch a flight or ferry?
We recommend departing at least 5 hours before your flight or ferry to allow for traffic delays and border clearance.
Your suggested departure time feels too early. Can I leave later?
You’re welcome to set a later pick-up time. However, please note that we can’t be responsible for missed flights or ferries due to traffic or border delays.
My flight plans changed last minute. Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, just let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust your ride accordingly. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on vehicle availability.
Can I book an airport transfer only after landing?
While we accept last-minute bookings, we strongly recommend reserving in advance to avoid waiting, especially during busy hours or weekends.
Are passengers covered by insurance during the trip?
Yes, all passengers are covered under our vehicle insurance throughout the journey.
Can I bring a bicycle along?
Yes, you can — but please remove the front wheel so it fits in the vehicle. Share the bicycle’s dimensions with us so we can recommend the right car.
Are baby or booster seats required?
- Baby seat (up to 18 kg) – SGD 10 per way (max 1 per car)
- Booster seat (18–36 kg or under 1.35 m) – SGD 10 per way (up to 3 per car)
Which vehicles have 3-point seatbelts for securing child seats?
Choose either the Toyota Innova or Toyota Alphard, as both models are equipped with 3-point seatbelts suitable for securing your own baby or booster seats.
Do Singapore PRs or long-term pass holders need to submit the SG Arrival Card?
As of April 15, 2022, fully vaccinated Singaporeans and long-term pass holders entering via land checkpoints no longer need to submit the health declaration via the SG Arrival Card.
