Bookings are accepted at any time! However, the majority of the time, all TAXI are reserved out for one week or less, so we advise travellers to make reservations at least 3 days in advance.

The passenger will receive the driver’s details 1 day prior to the scheduled departure.

You have 24 hours before to the planned date to make modifications to your itinerary. The availability of the TAXI will still be a revision in whether the changes is accepted.

The prices mentioned are for one-way travel only.

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp at any time. We do advise making reservations for weekends at least three days in advance. Please WhatsApp us to check driver availability for same-day or immediate bookings.

Yes. Please notify us right away of any changes. If you need a larger car, the costs will change and will depend on the new car you choose. Keep in mind that this will also depend on the availability of vehicles at the time of change.

Yes, do make sure to include the accurate number of infants or kids in your reservation information. Depending on the type of vehicle, a maximum number of passengers may ride in a private vehicle. Therefore, we can advise suitable vehicle accordingly.

All of our taxi fares are for the vehicle, not each individual traveller.

Every charge has a tabulation. Other than peak season and toll fees (per trip), there are no additional fees. Peak season surcharges will be communicated through WhatsApp either during the inquiry process or following the submission of the online booking form.

Yes. After every trip is finished, an email with a softcopy of the receipt can be sent. When making a reservation, please specify.

Yes. Please take note that there will be an additional SGD10 for each additional pick-up or drop-off.

At this time, we only accept payments in Singapore dollars.

Not at all. It’s not necessary to pay in advance. Simply pay with cash on the day of travel.

Afraid because of extended weekends and holidays; it’s extremely difficult to secure vehicles during these periods, so peak season pricing is applicable.

Yes. Please mention this when making the reservation. Following the completion of each trip, an email with all receipts will be sent. When this is ready, we will send it to you right away.

We might need to send a different car occasionally due to trip scheduling. You shouldn’t worry because there won’t be any further fees. We will provide the update without charge.

Not at all. Simply spend the entire trip inside the taxi.

Second Link and Woodland Checkpoint both charge tolls. Nonetheless, using the Second Link is strongly advised to avoid traffic jams during rush hour.

It takes approximately 2 hours, depending on the traffic conditions at the checkpoints.

On normal weekends, we recommend leaving Johor Bahru before 7 a.m. on Saturdays and 2 p.m. on Sundays. To avoid traffic, we do advise leaving even earlier on long weekends.

Depending on how much you enjoyed our driver service, tipping is optional. For reference, clients tip our well-liked drivers between SGD10 and SDG30.

Certainly not. During the journey, you are not allowed to consume anything inside the vehicle, including light meals and snacks.

We will make an effort to book a replacement car for you, and for local locations, it should typically arrive within an hour.

Usually, the same driver will transport you back on the same day. We’ll do our best to let you know as soon as anything changes. For returns on different days, we will send new driver information (around 7 p.m.) one day before your trip date.

Depending on your travel schedule and the day’s traffic, the most practical route will be chosen.

Yes, but currently not every car. We’re still putting a lot of effort into providing you with better service. Please enter your request in the booking form.

Due to limited availability of VEP (Vehicle Entry Permit), we might have to make arrangements for clients traveling outside of Johor Bahru to switch vehicles before leaving for your destination (much like stopping for a quick toilet break at a gas station within 2 minutes).  The vehicle type will remain the same for the change. Not to worry.

Unfortunately, none of our cars are wheelchair-accessible.

Although there is a waiting time fee, you should give us your flight number so that we can track your arrival at any time. Negotiations regarding the waiting charges can only take place after that.

Upon arrival, the driver will typically get in touch with you to arrange for pickup at the nearest gate. We will send you the driver information 1 day in advance (before 7 p.m.) of your travel date. The driver will have your contact information as well.

To minimize any unforeseen circumstances, we advise leaving from the destination at least five hours before the flight or ferry departure time.

Well, we recognize your concerns. However, we allow for additional time in case something unpredicted causes. You are free to depart at a later time, but please be aware that that we will not be held responsible for any flights or ferry that are missed.

Yes. Please notify us right away of any changes. In order to give us enough time to reschedule your transfer, kindly let us know as soon as possible about your schedule change.

Making reservations in advance is highly advised. We accept last-minute requests, but please be aware that waiting times may occur based on available vehicles.

Not really.  Not just in Johor Bahru, but to any location in Malaysia, we offer transfer services from Singapore.

Yes, is private ride! We only provide private taxi services.  The amount you pay holds the car exclusively for you and your group. You do not need to share the vehicle.

There is no cancellation fee, but if you need to cancel, please let us know at least one to two days in advance of your scheduled departure.

Definitely YES, but in order for the bicycle to fit inside the car, kindly remove the front wheels. Please supply the dimensions so that we can quote the type of vehicle for the trip.

Tioman Ferry Schedule has the most recent schedule available. Please use https://www.cataferry.com/ or https://bluewater.my/ to purchase ferry tickets.

Yes, all passengers are covered by vehicle insurance.

Please be advised that it is mandatory in Singapore. We do offer child car seats (for up to 18 kg only), and yet it cost an extra SGD 10 each way. Due to the limited number of seats available, we can only guarantee one child seat per trip. We also advise you to bring your car seats for the ride.

Please be advised that it is mandatory in Singapore. We do offer booster seats (18 kg to 36 kg or under 1.35 m) for an extra SGD 10 per trip. Due to the limited number of seats, we could only arrange for three booster seats per trip. We do, however, advise bringing your booster seats with you for the trip.

Please indicate on either the Toyota Innova or Toyota Alphard. The 3-point seatbelts are exclusive to these two cars only.

Completely fully vaccinated Singaporeans and holders of long-term passes who arrive at land checkpoints will no longer be required to present the health declaration on their SG Arrival Card as of April 15, 2022.
